Abner & Jeremy We’re so helpful and so nice. They took their time to help explain things help get me the parts that I need and we’re very kind as a woman. I felt like they were actually trying to help me figure things out. I would highly recommend anyone to come to the store over O’Reillys

Seriously I was at Autozone today and met this wonderful God sent customer satisfaction staff Lele H and she walked me through fixing an ordinary break light bulb which seemed so much of a task for me and at the end of it all "I was like a professional technician".... 😆 Thank you Autozone Bucknor Dallas for having such a wonderful staff ❤️

Lele was extremely friendly and helpful. She spent extra time with me putting in my engine air filter. I think that this store is very lucky to have her work there. She is amazing!

By far the WORST customer service of my life. Had to special order an item. Tell them my address on file is the wrong address and they need to update it. They still sent it to the wrong address and refuse to refund it. -For transparency's sake, email was sent prior to this review and customer services response was "Take it up with your bank." I would not call this an improvement or gaining trust.
