I came in looking for parts to replace my negative battery cable (and I have no idea what I'm doing) and Troy helped me find and order the parts I needed, and even came out to my car to show me how I'd replace it. Came here a month ago to get windshield wipers for front and back. Guy was super rude didn’t speak to me at all. Back one has never worked right. Went back next day and guy said it’s working now.
