Troy was so helpful today! I came in looking for parts to replace my negative battery cable (and I have no idea what I'm doing) and Troy helped me find and order the parts I needed, and even came out to my car to show me how I'd replace it. He was extremely kind to me and made me feel capable of fixing it once the part arrives. Thank you Troy!

Came here a month ago to get windshield wipers for front and back. Guy was super rude didn’t speak to me at all. Back one has never worked right. Went back next day and guy said it’s working now. It wasn’t Back again today. Manager said that’s why I don’t like them to do back windows. Then he should have said that instead of selling me 80 worth of wipers. Now I’m waiting for another worker to get done to look at it. So frustrating when I spend a lot of money. New guy spent several minutes and then says well nothing I can do??? How about replace it? So unprofessional.
