There are tons of stores in the area. Way better parts people just down the road. Only reason I don't give a 1 star the red shirts are actually better than the gray shirts.

I spent more than 40 minutes with my customer next to me waiting on the phone for some lady that kept putting the calls on hold on Wednesday July the 2nd i made multiple calls from 10:30 pm to 11:15 and the answer was the same (can you hold). What happened to the amazing customer service autozone used to have , I guess everybody has to go shopping to O'Reilly or Napa and get better treatment Don't forget you depend on returning customers and every single call could be many hundred dollars deal for your business this information should be passed down to your associates and employees to let them know accountability starts with professionalism and ends in returning customers.

Commercial accounts be aware, employees will not help after commercial is closed. unless you are buying, they can’t say no to money. After being told back in Plano that I wasnt going to get any help with my warranty swap, I decided to drive to the hub #2000 in Carrollton only to be told the exact same thing I was told in Plano, “commercial is closed, I can’t help you because I don’t know how”. Truly disappointed I drove down to garland, another hub store hoping that I was going to get help and yet once again I was told the same exact thing. “Commercial is closed, you will have to talk to them tomorrow”. 3 different stores, 3 different districts and non of them know how to do a warranties for commercial because it’s closed. Pathetic

Angelo changed my battery in the rain! Even being short staffed and very busy he came out and helped me out. My car would not have been able to start without his service. Thanks AutoZone!
