I’ve been going to them for years and they have always been honest people until recent years.in most recent transactions I’ve done my due diligence to find that Iately I’ve been over charged and sometimes charged for things that he didn’t even fix . Example my husband took his truck because it was making a noise do to a belt that had come off. He knew it was the belt because he actually looked at it before he took it for repairs it was off. So my husband just wanted to see if what we’ve been knowing is actually what’s been happening. Mr Sam in fact told him it was the alternator on a 2019 dually. My husband just would let it play out because at this point it will determine whether kings auto will continue to get our business. As we expected my husband looked under the hood after repairs and the belt back on. I called me Sam and ask him did he fix the belt he said “ I didn’t touch a belt it was the alternator. Be mindful we knew the belt was off and miraculously it’s back on and he didn’t touch it! There was never a issue with the alternator it was only a belt and at this point the belt didn’t look new at all it could very well be that it just slipped off and he put it back on, but it was not the alternator.

Brought my Honda here because it was killing only when it was in drive. Didn't know what the heck was going on. The older guy was very nice, straight forward and honest. Definitely will be my go to place from now on

Horrible place of business. They're slow, they don't have the right tools to have an auto shop. I came to buy a new tire and they took over an hour. They put my rim in the back of a truck and drove off without telling me what was happening. When I asked they said they couldn't do it so they had to take it to another shop.
