Hold up! I would not recommend this place. Kenan Ajaj, Please call me so we can resolve the issue without having to go to court. The short of it: Misrepresentation of Part Availability: Claiming no non-OEM parts were available when they were is misleading and inflated the bill. Unnecessary Repairs: Replacing parts that were not faulty (as proven by my successful use of the old parts) indicates intentional overcharging. Lack of Transparency: Failing to provide a detailed invoice, delaying part number delivery, and refusing to sign handwritten part numbers suggest an intent to obscure the repair details. Price Gouging example: The extreme markup on parts (e.g., 1825% on the Mass Air Flow Sensor Connector) is far beyond reasonable industry standards. Hold up! I would not recommend this place. Kenan Ajaj and Joe, I trusted you as reliable mechanics, but my experience was deeply disappointing. On May 14, 2025, I brought my 2014 Audi A4 Quattro to Only4 Auto Care in Dallas, TX, for a starting issue caused by a shorted coil connector. Joe claimed a blown ECU fuse was fixed, but additional parts were needed, costing $2162.20. He said only OEM parts were available, yet after receiving the part numbers I found non-OEM parts at a fraction of the cost (e.g., Mass Air Flow Sensor: $546.66 vs. $34.49). This is just one of the multiple not need parts. I requested an invoice with part numbers multiple times, but Joe didn’t send it. On May 17, he provided a printed invoice without part numbers and later texted numbers without descriptions, refusing to sign a handwritten invoice. On May 17, I returned to address missing body panel push pins, low-quality vinyl tape (not high-temperature cloth tape), and no heat shielding. Only two of three replaced parts were returned. I replaced the new parts with my originals, and the car has run perfectly for two months, proving the repairs were unnecessary. Prices were also inflated compared to Audi Dallas (e.g., Sensor Connector: Only4 price only for part $265.02 vs. $13.77 from Auto Dallas). This suggests deceptive practices, violating the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. This also show price gouging again for a part not needed. On August 1, 2025, at 1 PM, I discussed these issues with Rambo, expecting a call from Ken or Joe, but none came. I’m seeking a full refund and have filed complaints with the Texas Attorney General and BBB. Avoid this shop to prevent similar experiences. Issues: No heat shielding, missing parts, misaligned washer fluid container, grease on floor mat, unnecessary $2162.20 repair for a fuse issue. Photos available. What a horrible experience. Went in as a return customer for an oil change and emission inspection. The team was courteous, prompt and thorough, as usual. In addition, they checked all tire pressures and had me out quickly. This has become my go-to place.

I was referred to these guys by another happy customer. Joe gave me a warm welcome and was very helpful in making sure we addressed the issue on my 2007 F-150. Most importantly I didn’t feel haggled and was given a low price. The mechanics are quick and efficient. I found my new shop and will be recommending them to anyone who needs repairs.

I highly recommend Only Complete 4 Auto Care. I’ve used them 2 years consecutively for oil changes and inspection on my Jaguar. The staff is friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and informative. As a female patron I feel I’m in capable and honest hands.

I came in on Saturday morning at 8:30 for an oil change and inspection. There was no line (grateful) and I was immediately greeted by Ken. Very nice and professional. He explained a special they were running for a free inspection with synthetic oil change. The inside was extremely clean and good Country music or playing in the lobby. They took good care of my car and I will definitely be back! Thanks guys!
