It’s horrible that this facility have bad managers. Ross the store manager is one with not a great attitude if you don’t want the job as management someone else do. Customers should be treated better and this store is no good.

The female Hispanic manager up there at the Buckner store that was working today 12/29/2024 at 4 pm. Didn't catch her name because she was too busy going off on me. She is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I have returned the same exact cable that I was trying to return today because they swore up and down it was the right part and fit my truck. They put on the receipt that it was an alternator connector cable but when I search up the part number it shows up as a shaft speed sensor. I literally walked in, she was on her cell phone I approached her in a polite way and told her I would like to return this part. Mind you I had the receipt & the box the part came in. She barely even acknowledged me and said she was not going to return it although I bought it on 12/22/2024. Today it is now 12/29/2024. Exactly 7 days later and she said I cannot return it. I simply asked why not? She literally shouted out me in front of other customers and employees that she was "not going to argue with me and that I needed to call customer service". Then proceeded to get back on her phone and was making comments about me under her breath. I definitely do not recommend going to this store and dealing with this individual. I honestly wish I had her name because once I get her name I do plan on calling advanced auto parts corporate office on her because the interaction I had with her was very uncalled for. Every time I have gone into this store I have seen her be rude to other customers, she has been rude to my husband & I and the fact that she is the manager is unbelievable. She acts as if she is bothered with the customers right off the bat and if that is the case then why did she chose a job and higher position in customer service?

I don’t recommend this place at all. Service sucks today I went to get battery replacement cause the one I had was still on warranty and wasn’t holding charge but the guy who opens the business he saw me by the door at 7:31 (he arrived at (7:25) he saw me outside in my truck I was waiting for the time to be open witch is at 7:30 was there more almost 10 minutes and he didn’t care even when I knock on door just turned and ignored so I called he answered and still didn’t opened the door o thought this places was better than auto zone or O’rallys but apparently is not
