Firestone Complete Auto Care

Had my truck sitting for 2 months while out of town and it wouldn’t start. Called Firestone on Lovers Lane and Nelson a store associate came over ( I live a few blocks away) and gave me a jump. Not a service they offer everyday but Nelson was my hero for coming by and getting me started. Thank you! Great customer service!!

Great experience! I made an appointment online after finding a nail in my tire, and it was confirmed within just an hour for the same day at 5pm. Nelson helped me out when I arrived—he was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Really appreciated the great service.

I set an appointment for 10am this morning for an oil change and for them to look at my front driver side tire because it keeps losing air.
