🔧 Firestone Complete Auto Care

Had my truck sitting for 2 months while out of town and it wouldn’t start. Called Firestone on Lovers Lane and Nelson a store associate came over ( I live a few blocks away) and gave me a jump. Not a service they offer everyday but Nelson was my hero for coming by and getting me started. Thank you! Great customer service!!

I have a 2008 Hyundai Tiburon GS and I initially went in to just get a Multi Inspection which I usually get on my vehicles for maintenance. They give me recommendations on a serpentine belt that I needed replacing, which I knew because my vehicle has 3 in which I replaced 2 myself April 2025. The appointments take all day here which I’m okay with if the work is done correctly, I went in at 12:00pm and left at 6:30pm. They proceed to swap out one of the belts that I had already replaced and completely ignore the clearly cracked belt. The service advisor Nelson would not refund me instead quoted me for the 3rd belt in which I needed replacing in the first place, the part never came in and they told me to come another day to resolve the matter. Very disappointed in the service, will not be continuing business here.

This Firestone is amazing. My whole family uses them including my elderly mom! They are honest, kind and fast! This store has even helped me find a shop to fix my car when they couldn’t. Prices are very fair! I highly recommend them! Nelson is the best manager!!

Great experience! I made an appointment online after finding a nail in my tire, and it was confirmed within just an hour for the same day at 5pm. Nelson helped me out when I arrived—he was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Really appreciated the great service.

I set an appointment for 10am this morning for an oil change and for them to look at my front driver side tire because it keeps losing air. I was waiting and I asked one of the people at 10:50am if there were almost done and he said they had just brought my car back to a bay. I sat back down because i understand they might have been a little busy. I then waited until 12:15pm until they even talked to me about the car. He said my rear two tires were bald and would not pass a state inspection and then proceeded to try and sell me on a whole new set of 4 tires (i get he might get a commission or something), but I declined and asked about my front tire because that was the problem tire to begin with. He said nothing looked wrong with it, just that they were low on tread. I asked about the rims and he said that tech did not find anything wrong with the front tire. I then paid and went back to my car. When I got in i realized the warning lights were still on and the psi in that tire still showed 22. I know I should have gone back in and asked them to fill it up, but I did not want to wait another hour for them to put air in a single tire. I then looked at the report they gave me and it says that all 4 tires were at 35psi and that there were no warning lights. I have attached a picture of the warning lights and where the psi discrepancy is. I also have pictures of my back tires and admittedly they are low on tread, but they are not bald. My frustration mainly comes from the time I wasted and being lied to about something that I could clearly see was a lie when I got back in the car. Why would they let me set a 10:00am appointment if they were not going to get to it at that time. Also, why would they not fill up a low tire...that makes absolutely no sense to me. 10/10 would NOT recommend
