🔧 Firestone Complete Auto Care

We went here after driving over a curve and my buddy Max really helped us out. Him and his team were able to at least remove the bottom part that was hanging. They got us right back on the road even though we came in right before they were going to close. He made new clients for sure. Will be back to get the car checked out and see if any repairs need to be made. Extremely recommended!

I don’t think I have ever left a Google review before. This is my first one and had to leave one because of how poor my experience was. Took my truck there to fix the ball joint and control arm of my front right tire. Took them over a week to finally get fixed.. I get they are busy but after telling me absolutely it will be done on the weekend.. it was ready till Monday. I pick it up and start driving immediately I hear a ton of clanking from the area they “fixed”.. not good and I need my truck all week for work so can’t take it back in until the weekend. I call on Friday and they tell me to come in whenever and I’ll be first priority since I just spent $3000 there and they didn’t fix the issue after over a week. Tell him I can’t until Sunday since I’m out of town. They tell me “no worries we will take care of you”. Show up today and they say they can’t look at it till later in the evening.. that was just taking a look not even fixing the issue they didn’t previously fix. Very very stressful working with this location and I’m tired of them beating around the bush. Would rather let me care sit on the side of the highway then in the hands of this place. Never had this feeling or bad service of any business no matter the industry. What a joke. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Please don’t bother taking your car here. The most poorly ran Firestone I’ve ever been to. No manager on site, the staff had zero customer service skills and no sense of urgency. Dropped my car off at 2:45pm, for my 3 o’clock appointment. They said it would be ready by 4pm. I came back at 5pm and they still hadn’t touched it. But they quickly billed my fleet management company at 3:30pm. Working hard to get them removed as the preferred vendor.

Very professional at the counter. Tires were ordered a day prior and were in the shop at my appt time. The time was accurate for the tire installation and oil change, (1-2 hrs). Quick in and out. Very clean atmosphere and the ac was spot on considering we are in 100 degree weather. Have been using this store since I bought 4 AT Duelers, 33's for my now gone Xterra.

I want to give a shout out to Max. He's the guy that's in charge at the moment. I highly recommend you come to this firestone and deal with him.Don't deal with his boss, barry, likes to upcharge people. Great customer service fr Max. he made me feel like a valuable customer. And if I do decide to return to this firestone, it would be to only deal him. I'm dealing with him made me leave a five star Review after my bad experience.
