Firestone Complete Auto Care

We went here after driving over a curve and my buddy Max really helped us out. Him and his team were able to at least remove the bottom part that was hanging. They got us right back on the road even though we came in right before they were going to close. He made new clients for sure. Will be back to get the car checked out and see if any repairs need to be made. Extremely recommended!

Please don’t bother taking your car here. The most poorly ran Firestone I’ve ever been to. No manager on site, the staff had zero customer service skills and no sense of urgency. Dropped my car off at 2:45pm, for my 3 o’clock appointment. They said it would be ready by 4pm. I came back at 5pm and they still hadn’t touched it. Very professional at the counter. Tires were ordered a day prior and were in the shop at my appt time. The time was accurate for the tire installation and oil change, (1-2 hrs). Quick in and out. Very clean atmosphere and the ac was spot on considering we are in 100 degree weather. Have been using this store since I bought 4 AT Duelers, 33's for my now gone Xterra.
