It’s been around seven years here and I don’t complain, because I let the professionals handle it. I highly recommend Park Place Mercedes Benz Dallas! I drove to Dallas from Plano based on a recommendation from their sales representative for a warranty issue. From start to finish, the service advisor, Rafael Ortega (no relation), was incredibly professional and communicative. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was being done. What really stood out was how thoroughly they addressed not just the issue I brought the car in for, but also identified and resolved a couple of other concerns I hadn’t even noticed. It’s clear they take pride in delivering top-notch service and making sure your car leaves in the best condition possible. Highly recommend this team for their honesty, attention to detail, and outstanding customer care. I’ll definitely be back for future service needs!

The front right fender had a big ding where it was hit, the car was not washed and was very dirty and camouflaged the damage so it was hard to spot at first glance over and the center engine under panel was damaged due to external damage at the dealer ship. The manager refused to comp. and charged a total of $988.09 for the under panel; half off; and refused to repair the fender damage when clearly in before and after pictures you can see the panels and fender was perfect.

10/10 in every aspect smoothest drop off ever Fastest turnaround time and they fixed everything I had noticed since the car was out the factory 6 months ago I hadn’t even had it inspected after delivery rubi took great care of me got me into a very nice rental and I love that because if I’m dropping a 200k car I don’t wanna be put in a old car and then every question was answered promptly! Best Mercedes dealer in dfw area wayyyy better than any experience I’ve had at Plano and their sales department is top notch too way better than Plano again instead of scamming the consumer they keep everything fair at Dallas they get you exactly what you want at the best deal ! Planos markups and market adjustments are stupid and that’s why I won’t do business with them ever again but Mercedes has won my heart I’ll say it again and recommend to anyone!!
