Went here to get my car repaired and Keyon was the one who helped me. He was extremely polite and helpful. 10/10

Keeyon came by earlier was very polite & kind. I’m excited to work with him & the company he represents to get my car fixed.

I’m very happy with the services with iHail for my damage on vehicle. The repairs were done in a timely and professional manner, it all went quite quickly with hardly any down time for me. I was also taken care of very professionally and respectful. My only complaint would be better communication between all staff working with a customer. A great job was done and my Nissan Murano turned out beautifully.

After only two months of living in Colorado, we were hit hard by a hailstorm. My new neighbor recommended I call Alec from iHail. He came over to assess the damage and got me scheduled right away. As you can see in the photos, they had their work cut out for them. They were able to deliver on all fronts! My truck looks like new and they got it fixed faster than I could even get it into other shops. I was so impressed that I cancelled the appointment I had for my wife’s 4 day old Bronco that had additional dent insurance and required us to use a different shop, and called Alec and hers should be done soon. Thank you Barrett, Alec and all of your great to work with employees. You did an outstanding job!

Spencer and another associate from iHail hang around the Sprouts parking lot on Colfax and Garfield, pretending to be shoppers, and just “coincidentally” noticing the hail damage on people’s cars. I fell for it and gave him my number, even though I initially resisted, asking him to give me his contact instead. But thankfully, I talked to my mechanic before hiring them and did not purchase any of their services. The next time I went to Sprouts, I parked in the back so I could do a quick walk with my dog around the block before shopping. He and his associate were walking around the lot taking pictures of people’s cars and laughing. Hey, not a crime, but definitely not the way to run a legitimate business. Literally as I was typing this review, Spencer walked by my car and looked at me and started waving. I ignored him and after a few minutes, he walked away. I probably won’t continue to shop at this Sprouts because it’s just starting to feel like harassment. I am going to send a copy of this review, word for word, to Sprouts leadership and copy and paste it onto their receipt survey.
