The staff is extremely friendly at the shop. I mostly deal with their road techs. When in the fieldthey are punctual and experienced in troubleshooting to get back up and running in a timely manner. The tech’s I have had the most experience with are Mitch (very quick and efficient if he doesn’t have the part on hand will call any dealer to get the part asap) Cedrick (always brings a good conversation with his knowledge and answers any questions I might have for if something is okay with how it is) and Steven (very knowledgeable and quick with his diagnosis and process to get us running again.)

Ask for Daniel. He's always on top of everything, he's respectful and he's very good at listening to you about what's going on. A true representation of what a great employee should be. Every time I've gone there I've always gotten him and he's just good at what he does.

I would say that Patrick services Inc. is definitely one of the top commercial truck repair services in Texas. They were really fast to want to take care of me and my truck and did so in a professional manner had everything they needed to make the repair quick fast and in a hurry And got me out of there I’m back on the road without a major delay and got the job done right the first time Austin took care of me and my billing and was extremely fast with that as well getting everything paid for was simple as well. They really do make your experience Very friendly And professional everyone in the office is extremely polite as well, and everyone there works hard to get you back on the road fast so thanks to the team. Patrick service is Inc. for doing a great job and getting me back on the road in a hurry I couldn’t be happier and I recommend them to everyone

The entire staff that I’ve interacted with at Patrick services(Kevin, Matt, Steven, Christian and the P/M service crew) have been very knowledgeable and friendly. They were very flexible with my schedule and do whatever it takes to get the job done. Highly recommend them.
