Fantastic service and fantastic price! Very competent, nice, and wonderful people! 10 stars if it was an option! We had an emergency while traveling over Memorial Day weekend through Dallas. One of our vehicles' water pumps just gave out on the highway. We called the shop and explained our situation. Thankfully, they were one of the ONLY shops working on Sunday, and they took care of our vehicle first thing in the morning! Opened at 1000 vehicle complete at 1040!! We finished our trip, and I've had zero issues with the vehicles performance. I'd go to darwyns over any shop in the area! Love you guys, yall were fantastic

Unfortunately it came to this. I got an oil change done at this shop mid April and now, early May, my car is leaking oil. I let the office manager know, and asked for a quote, and mentioned that i could not be spending much money because of a trip coming up. She quoted me $50, which of course i would be happy to pay, but this was something that happened AFTER they did my oil change. I thought it would be a courtesy check and be cheaper, and i mentioned that i GOT MY OIL CHANGED WITH THEM, and the office manager let me know that it takes a lot to check and oil change which completely understandable. (Side note: not sure why she didn’t think i meant the oil change could be the possibility of the leak… that’s literally why i contacted them.) After some thinking, i decided to post on a fb group asking for a different mechanic who can help me. Why you may ask? I took time to think about it and decided it’s best to protect myself from this happening again after it happened once and possibly find a cheaper rate in this economy because, as mentioned previously, I AM GOING ON A TRIP. Not only did the office manager get snappy, but she’s making false accusations of me changing up the story. i will be posting screenshots. Although i had a wonderful experience the first time around, i cannot say i would recommend this place if you value customer service. Overall, I don’t post google reviews much but i cannot in good conscience let this slide.

I recommend Darwyn's! They ordered my starter ahead of time and had it already there at the time of my appointment! Service was quick, they also let me know the other issues with my car so that was very helpful 😊 20/10 customer service! No issues with my starter since then

I recently went to Dallas and as I was there my Ac to my car gave out on me! 😭😩 man was it hella hot and super stressful bc I was also scammed by another mechanic while in Dallas 🥺 but thank you to Darwyn’s Motor Rebuild and Auto Repair they really came through and made the whole experience stress free from one day to the next my AC was fixed along with other things my car needed pricing was fare almost what I would have paid here in the valley! If you are ever in the Dallas area and need a mechanic shoot them a call 📱

My wife found them through a fb mechanics group they are great guys they get the job done quick and easy every time so thankful to have found them they have fixed so much for us and are reasonably priced. They keep up communica throughout the whole process from start to finish they will give you a diagnostic report on what you need done you can order your own parts we got our vehicle worked on piece by piece and now it runs like a 2026 lol long story short their good no GREAT at what they do please feel free to reach out to them for your mechanical needs
