Best employees out here!! I go here with a messed up tire and this buff dude just fixed it in no time and then tells me if there's any problems to call for him TEN OUT OF TEN WORKERS

Needed 4 tires and young men who were at the front were indifferent in their interaction with me. They weren't helpful instead just brought up the computer screen and told me to flip through the prices??? I know sometimes they have tire sales but I didn't evem bother asking after that reception! Won't be going back there for tires!!

I initially had a problem contacting via phone but turns out there was a problem with the directory, it’s #6 for tire and battery. When I came without an appointment, they still helped and immediately found the problem with my tires and helped replace them quickly!

We had a tire with nail in it fixed in 30 minutes. Everyone was courteous, and helpful. Great job! Thanks

Purchased tires here in December they had to order them and were suppose to call me when they came. They didn't call so I called. I made an appointment to have them put on. I was there for almost 4 hrs with an appointment. Now it's May and I had a low tire. I made an appointment for 4:00 to get it checked out. I arrived about 15 min early, no one was at the desk to wait on me. I went around to the garage window and tapped on it thinking they would come assist me ,they did not. Waited a little while and called the store, little to no help. Sat down and waited thinking maybe someone will come out around my appt time, they did not. Saw and employee of Sam's and asked for her assistance, she came back with this response (they say that they know you're out here). I sat down again and waited another 15 min no response. A male customer comes in seemingly bothered and aggressively gets thier attention. They come out and proceed to help him. 🤣 I wasn't having it. I didnt act out but my expression and tone let them know that it wasn't going to go down like that. They waited on me and it took another 45 min just to get a tire plugged by two mechanics. This is utterly ridiculous.
