Managers cancelling ordered ordered through third party services (Affirm, Afterpay, etc.) People in positions of power will delay and lose your tires to sell off to friends and family at manipulated prices. Beware the hood infiltrated here.

Friendly staff and good service, auto garage gets crowded due to it being in a busy area not enough staff that why it takes awhile for service. Any service can take up 2 hours or more. Just don’t go here if you’re in hurry.

Came in for a battery check and ended up needing a replacement. Ellen and Kendra both took care of me immediately, were super friendly, and got me in and out in under 30 minutes.

Scheduled a tire installation for 10am and when I arrived, there was no employee available to check me in for the appt. After waiting 15 min, I was informed that they would not be able to install my tire for another 3 hours. Do not spend your time or money here. Went to discount tire as a walk in and they charged me the same price and had it done in less than an hour.
