i was about to take off and get my oil change somewhere else because the owner came off mad but then i asked him whats wrong and he explained to me what happened he then proceeded to help the tech change my oil until he came back. never the less i got my oil change here for a second time. will keep coming back!

When I came for an oil change, the mechanic instantly said he heard a knocking noise and said it sounds like my timing belt which would have been 2500 to fix. My husband told him it’s probably due to my truck needing an oil change but if it's still making the noise, we will have him look into it. The mechanic then proceeded to do what I thought was an oil change. When done, it was making the same noise. He told me he would charge me 50 to diagnose it but I get my repairs by someone else so we left. We took it to my normal mechanic, he told me the only thing he saw wrong with my truck was that it needed an oil change. He did the oil change and the noise stopped. These scammers purposely did not do my oil change in an effort to charge me for a repairs on my timing system. My oil was BLACK! I told them I was taking my family on a road trip and they were willing to put my family in jeopardy just to scam me. They also tried to tell me that my brakes were bad and I just got them fixed. Then they said well whoever did it did them wrong but couldn't tell me how, just shameful! I will NEVER go here again and I suggest you watch them while they do any work on your car! I was charged for an synthetic oil change $65 and an inspection $25. I have the receipt and sticker from the oil change. The response to this post is a lie.
