🔧 Oakcliff Auto Electric Repair

Been a long time customer, however THEY FAILED ME THIS time. Every since they moved, and the owner been out for health reasons they care nothing about you. Mind you they’ve had my vehicle since last year (thank God I have another one). I’ll be making a trip with my attorney soon over there. I’ve called several times(no answer). The last thing I was told by Mr William was “he’ll have to fix it himself” Keep the money, it’s all about respect! PLEASE LOOK ATBTHE CURRENT REVIEWS!

Avoid this shop. I paid to have my car repaired, but the issue was never actually fixed. I brought it back, and they kept the car for weeks without resolving the problem. Despite not completing the job, they refused to issue a refund. I've seen similar reviews, so be wary of this shop. They seem unprofessional and inexperienced. I strongly recommend going elsewhere if you don't want to waste your time and money.

I went to this company at least 3 times when they were in Trinity groves and they were really good honest people but they have changed since they moved to oak cliff and his son in law Cesar started manning the office. They took almost a week to replace the water pump in my wife’s Volkswagen Tiguan (which was not even the issue) I ended up having to take it to the Vw dealership in frisco and paid twice as much to fix the issue. They “repair3;l the vw and her check engine light came back on the next day after getting it back. I wanted some of the repair cost back so I can offset the cost to get it fixed actually at VW but they just gaslighted me until I had to leave bc I ran out of time. I even took the part back and was going. To give that back to them, bc I am not worried about labor but they should’ve given something back for a job that was not done right. If I could give their score lower than 1 I would all time disappointing time here I will never come back and would not recommend them to anybody else. They run a really dishonest business and not sure how they are even still in business

These guys have helped me a ton! I had a short in my car that caused the headlights to malfunction. I brought it in and they had diagnostics run & the car fixed in the same day! I've had similar issues in the past where the car wasn't even looked at for a few days. They mentioned that due to the short, I may have issues in the future and if that happens, I can bring it back in. That did happen & when I brought the car back, they put me to the front of the line and had the small issue fixed in a few minutes. William was very helpful the last time I took it in for an issue that turned out to be unrelated to my original problem. He fixed it quick for no extra charge. I'd highly recommend if you have any complex electrical issues with your car.

I met the owner at the 711 on Sylvan months ago when my 85 El Camino decided to breakdown on me. He approached me to ask if i needed help. I noticed his shirt and asked if he knew where I could take my car, he then told me about his shop just few blocks down the street. His wife was in his vehicle and all 3 if us got my car to the shop!!! Since then I've had to go to him to get work done.... Friendly, helpful, and GETS THE JOB DONE !!
