The customer service for Regis is outstanding! We had a small issue with the postal service sending the package and the woman I called and spoke to at Regis on 02/10 was extremely nice, understanding, and quick to get the problem corrected.

We found it impossible to obtain the proper hold down screws with the replacement tooling bits, this company went out of their way to order the proper fasteners and send them to us in a timely manner at cost. They fit perfectly and we are very grateful.

I have been in business with Regis for years. Always super friendly and great customer service. The communication is great with quick response time. I would highly recommend.
