Took my vehicle in for issues it was having with startup. They said they have experts that deal with this. About two months later, they charge me an arm and a leg but the problem was still not fixed. Swore up and down that there's a parasytic draw in the electrical system and blamed it on whatever was there when I purchased the vehicle when I had no issues. Drove it out of there and had it towed to a different, more experienced shop and 20 minutes in their lot and they found that it was a starter, and even more detailed that the power cable from the starter was loose. Just because they couldn't fix it, they try to point the finger at me trying to get a break on their price. If I ask and they agree, there's nothing wrong with it. If I don't pay after agreeing, then I can see the problem but they still blamed me for asking for a break in the price. Really? You took 2 months to take a look at my ride and charged me over $600 for a few hours of labor to find the issue and blame me for asking for a break in the price when you couldn't find the fault or issue? Then your guy reinstall a power cable to the battery causing it to crush the insulation and expose the wire and welding to the battery post and also blaming me for it when you guys clearly detached and reattached the cable? On top of that you charge me for another power wire and split the bill for towing it back to your shop? Wow! Just wow! Dont get me wrong, they were friendly when I came in to talk to them about the issues I was having. The owner started getting smart mouth with me when his employee offered to give me a deal on some of the prices. Then after I signed the agreement, they changed the invoice to a higher price. Had I not taken a screenshot of the signed and approved invoice, they would've charged me a few hundred more. Not very ethical business practice if you ask me. But this is my experience with them. I'm sure others have had better luck.

Disappointing experience. I reached out to this shop twice and was let down both times. I initially called to explain the issue with my car and get a rough estimate. I clearly outlined the repair needed, and they told me they'd follow up with a quote later that day—no call came. I followed up the next morning and finally got a quote over the phone. The repair cost using new parts wasn’t worth it, as it was nearly the value of the car. The person I spoke to then offered—without me prompting—to look into used or aftermarket parts to help bring the cost down, and said they’d call back. That follow-up never happened either. Maybe they’re too busy, but if they can’t follow through on a call they volunteered to make, it raises concerns about how reliable they’d be with actual repairs.

I had my car looked at by them last week. These people know their stuff. They are very knowledgeable and transparent with you about your car. They are really determined to help you and not take advantage of you like many of the other mechanic shops do. They also go out of their way. I was having a hesitation issue with my car and I thought it was the engine. Although they could have stopped then and their when they found no issues with my engine, they did further digging to find out it was the transmission. And then on top of that, they took me into the shop to show me a few other things that I needed to keep an eye on with my car. I would highly recommend them for this and their excellent customer service as well!
