🔧 Integrity 1st Car Pros

This is my second time bringing my car into Integrity 1st and both times have been such a pleasure. This time, Don was such a pleasure and made sure things were seamless for me from start to finish. It is so hard to find a reliable and trustworthy place to take your car so I am thankful for the continued great service.

The tail lights on my son’s truck got stolen and what could’ve been a highly stressful situation was made so much better by the extraordinary customer service we received from Don! He kept me updated at every step and was so kind and empathetic to the situation. I felt like we were the only customer he was working with even though I know we weren’t! The truck was fully restored and everything is working great. We appreciate Don and the high standard this shop holds itself to. Highly recommend!!

Just had my first experience getting repairs done at Integrity. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Don helped walk me through the process, explain everything in detail and was by far the best example of good customer service i've experienced in the last 10 years. Extremely nice and focused on being helpful. Their pricing was fair, lower than the other three places I received quotes from. The work is holding up well and things are running smoothly. They also made sure to let me know there is a two year or 24k mile warranty on all of the service work. Great experience all around, this will be my first choice for repairs going forward

We traveled from Tulsa, OK to Dallas, TX, to look at KIA Niro hybrid car. I found Integrity 1st Auto through a Google search. They had great reviews, so we made an appointment so they could perform a pre purchase complete check on the potential vehicle. The whole appointment took about 2 hours. Reese was very friendly, and the tech that did the review was super thorough. I got a complete breakdown of EVERYTHING about the car. I was able to buy it with 100% confidence based on their inspection. I wish they had a location in Tulsa because I would make them my preferred auto shop. It was a great experience, and they took great care of us. P.S. they even pulled a Carfax on the car. It was totally unexpected but totally appreciated. 5 star experience. Thanks, guys!
