Need better customer service no place for customers to sit down while Services is taking place because of the dog and birds in the lobby and it smells not clean. You have to stand outside because of the smell in side bad business. You mybe standing for one to two hours depending on your place in line. It was better in the pass needs to be addressed by management or the head office.
