Fair, complete transparency and honesty sum up my experience with Manual and his team of mechanics. This is the way it should be. Jorge did an amazing job on my 2003 Acura, full gasket kit replacement. While the work was being done they did a holistic inspection of the vehicle and with approval changed other parts @ cost (no additional labor). Manual included warranty and work and parts!
