Don’t waste your time, THEY ARE UNRELIABLE, I set up an appointment just for them to look at my car take pictures and give me an estimate & to set up a date to have the car dropped off which I did so on a Thursday morning just to have them call me the next following week on Monday afternoon to tell me that they would not FIX MY CAR. After holding my car for 3days and lying said they would even after viewing & taking pictures guaranteed they could fix my car. Brooks Robinson & Vincet to be exact . Then advised me to take my car to a MA & PA shop…. I asked what the hell is that & the guy B.R said like something small time on the side of the road…. So you want me to take my 2020 dodge charger to some side road shop. To hell with them DONT DO BUSINESS HERE !!!!

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this body shop was frustrating enough to warn others. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a straightforward repair, and it ended up being a drawn-out mess. First, communication was almost nonexistent. I had to constantly call for updates, only to be given vague answers or promises that weren’t kept. The estimated timeline kept getting pushed back with no real explanation. I brought up my concerns, but the staff was defensive and dismissive instead of taking responsibility. Overall, the lack of professionalism, and terrible customer service left me feeling like I wasted both my time and money. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I gave a 3 star only because I needed to pick my vehicle up before any repairs and the inside, driver side was left with black dirt on door, headrest and inside sides by a mechanic getting in and out. My vehicle was cleaned inside before dropping off and it was not the same after picking up vehicle. After front bumper was placed back on before repairs it was very visible and some damage to front bumper was noticeable from the damage that was already there. Decided overall to go somewhere else. Although that was not a good experience the customer service representative at the front desk was great.

I have unfortunately been to a few different auto shops over the years due to other drivers, and this has been by far my worst experience. My car was there for 11 days and not once did I receive a call from them. They submitted an estimate to my insurance but never called me to update what needed to be repaired, I just happened to notice it on my claim. I call almost daily and was given different information each time. The step they were in changed each time and so did the completion date. Is it best practice not to call.

One of the worst experiences of our lives is dealing with this particular location. We were notified that our vehicle was finished and ready for pickup. We show up and check out our vehicle before taking delivery of it. There's literally 7-8 inefficiencies on our vehicle from paint running and drying to trim pieces that should've been replaced but reused and even the bumper not aligning. We make them aware, and they made us wait on the tech MILTON who did the work. Of course he was 45 mins late for work. We started pointing out the issues and started getting defensive and having a smart mouth. I don't need to know that you were sick while working on our vehicle. I don't need to know that you worked for BMW for 20 years and even they miss stuff. What we need is someone who takes pride in their work and can get the job done correctly. Fast forward to today and he has to take the vehicle to the back again because there is a gray line going through the paint they had to buff out. Then he proceeds to tell my wife that the exhaust tip can't be fixed because it was already like that when it came in. Of course it was bc it came to the company due to being rear ended. The front desk ladies are great but too bad they can't do the work. Customer service is lower than subpar from this Tech Milton
