They are shady!! They’ll find you at accident site and entice you with an offer you can’t refuse, and then they’d hold your car hostage for months. Imagine not having you car for monthsss and then they finally return it to you and it’s still messed up, and you have to keep going back for more fixes. They are also incredibly rude to costumers. They yelled at me on the phone once for asking for a status update after they kept telling me to come back for my car in a week and a week turned into 3 months. I have so many grievances but I’ll just stop here. If I could give 0 stars I would. I absolutely do not recommend going here. Save your self mental stress and go somewhere else

Fantastic Experience from Start to Finish I had such a positive experience with Prime Collision. After a sideswipe accident, I brought my car in for repairs, and they made the entire process so easy. From dealing with the insurance company to completing the repairs ahead of schedule, everything was seamless. The quality of the work was top-notch, and my car looks brand new.
