Ready My Property

Ready My Property and Kyle provided stellar services from start to finish. When our tenant vacated, the property needed a complete refresh. Ready My Property hauled off all of the junk, painted from top to bottom, ripped up ceramic tile and replaced with new lvp flooring, replaced a bedroom door, performed roof repairs, provided electrical work and installed light fixtures. When mid-project we decided to replace a window, Kyle took care of that as well. At the end of the project, their professional cleaners gave it a move-in clean. This has been my best make-ready experience by far! I'm very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Kyle and Ready My Property.

I had a fantastic experience with the Dallas team at Ready My Property! I needed my windows cleaned quickly before moving into my new home, and they really delivered. Communication was excellent from the start—quick responses, clear scheduling, and they kept me updated every step of the way. The crew showed up right on time, were professional and efficient, and the windows looked amazing afterward. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality of service. I’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing window cleaning in the area!

We had a great experience with this company. We purchased a service plan for our new home, and it's wonderful!
