Trevor was excellent! I’ve had previous disastrous experiences with a different plumbing company so I was nervous. Trevor was quick, efficient, fixed my leaking refrigerator line, and helped me explain to neighbors about the water shut off during the fix. Great experience all around!

Today Dallas Plumbing came out to check out my AC unit. Michael provided great service along with another young man in training. Their work was vey thorough and they went over everything in detail. And most especially, Michael provided excellent customer service. And that can make all the difference. You are lucky to have him on your team.

Konstantin was absolutely amazing. He was so knowledgeable and he explained everything in a way I could understand. He had a great demeanor - very customer friendly. We plan on getting more work done in the future with Dallas Plumbing and we will ask for him!

After a 3 hour power outage, one of my AC units did not come back online. After normal business hours, service tech Michael came to the rescue and was able to quickly troubleshoot and restore my AC unit! I can survive the Texas heat! Michael is courteous and knowledgeable.

My technician Trevor was excellent he walked me through all the areas to be inspected, explained areas of concern, answered all my questions, provided options and replaced a fixture in a very efficient manner and did not try to upsell me. Provided recommendations of which I will be planning future work to be done. Was very cordial and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend. Thank you
