Maybe it’s new management, but I had 3 great experiences here compared to the reviews ive read. This last time, I bought new tires which came with the alignment included. After I left, they might’ve not attached the cap correctly on my rim so it fell, and when I went back to get it, it was damaged so it could no longer fit. I went back to let them know, and they resolved the issue, no hassle. I recommend them highly. Good prices and good management.

Amazing customer service, owner helped a lot and gave me a good price at the end. Would definitely recommend to get tires from here 10/10 times I’m coming here than other places. Finishes very quick and Easy. amazing people, and amazing environment.

4/27/2025 Took my car to the "Eco repair shop" located at 10555 Maylee Blvd Dallas, Texas 75228. Took it in for alignment and when I left, my cars engine started ticking and over heating. Pulled over to check under the hood. Smoke came up and hit me in my face. I could tell that the smoke was coming from a broken radiator housing / hose. Ended up leaving my car and walk home which took me 3 hours to do.

Did good by me call ask for a a specifically tire. They had it and quoted me. Got the they did actually have it and charged the quote. Thanks Eco Tire. My place to go for a good used tire at a great price.

I was able to get a tire replaced for $45. I had a blowout and they were able to fix it. I was in and out within 15 minutes and I can honestly say everyone here we’re very nice and we’re very helpful. Sometimes you pull up to places and everyone just stares you upside your head, but they actually came up to the car trying to help, when I’m on this side of town, this is my place for tires
