The worst experience I ever had , trying to charge me for unauthorized services , then reviewing the invoice a lot of fake concepts , at the end I had to pay what ever they said otherwise the won’t give me the truck back , last text from the owner is that he had to reimburse some of this fake charges and he never did . Plus the say they give you warranty and when you try to apply for a warranty they ask to accept fake charges up front as a normal procedure so at the end they never response for the warranty . Unfortunately there is not that many specialists on izuzu that’s why they take advantage of the costumers .

My experiences over the years have always been exceptional. Great customer service, wonderful staff throughout the establishment. Professional courteous employees. Took time to explain in detail what was going on, offered a solution, and timely manner on completion. I’m super happy I chose this reliable company to fix my vehicle. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! Don’t believe the reviews. On 9/2 I took my car to be checked due to some heating. I already have experience w this shop and it was NOT good at all. But I thought I was related to the first experience and under warranty. The heating wasn’t anything major. The car will heat up a bit in the morning. It wasn’t heating while stopped or parked. I left my car to be diagnosed and Julian called me saying it was going to $1350 and that the radiator was cracked and needed to be replaced. He mentioned the coolant was all over it. He added the thermostat was bad too. After talking to my dad and couple male Coworkers saying $1300 is excessive for that kind of repair I picked up my car. Mind you they charged me $160 for the diagnosis. Today 9/3 , another mechanic checked my car and come to find out the radiator was already replaced and it’s in good condition. No need to be replaced since it was NOT leaking at all. You charged me $160 for the diagnosis knowing good and well that was not the issue and you wanted to scam me out of $1350. Since the diagnosis was incorrect and made out on bad faith, I want my $160 back. If I could give ZERO star I would. You crooked scammers.
