I had a very bad experience here. First of all, my first visit, they said the repairs were small and nothing else seemed to be wrong. It cost around $350. Within 24 hours, I had what you called a wobble. I've never had this constant shake in my car. When I took it back that same week, they said oh it needs a lot of work done. It's going to cost me over $3,500 !! I don't know as to why they didn't tell me this the first time or try to take advantage because I'm not a dude. Took it somewhere else.

100% professional I had a new engine put in my Jeep when I say new I mean brand new for Mopar. It has a three-year warranty and 100,000 miles warranty just like a new Jeep. These guys did exactly what they said they were gonna do and more. After everything was done, Just working out a couple of bugs with other issues, Mark answered the phone every time and helped me through it every step of the way, even interrupting his mechanics while they were working to ask them questions I will never take my jeep to another dealership or another mechanic now it’s time to do some fun stuff guys

I have been a loyal customer of Dallas Offroad since I bought my jeep in 2016. They always find the issues I report and have always fixed them with no issues.
