Premier Powertrain

I'm not sure if this company is around anymore. If so, they're phine number is no longer valid so no way to call them. If I could get ahold of them, I'd update this review.

From my first contact to completion of my purchase of a remanufactured engine, service was prompt and very professional. Everything worked like clockwork and just as explained. All calls were answered completely and very informative. Product arrived as stated and in excellent condition and performs superbly. Core return and refund, quick and easy. Special thanks to David and Mitch for your attention to detail and time taken to answer my many questions. That made the difference in me choosing Premier Powertrain over the others.

It has been an extreme pleasure to have found a company that actually does 100% of everything that they say and 10% more David and Hunt ,if you ever have the pleasure of meeting them and talk to them you will know what I’m talking about, professionalism and business is Paramount, they believe in customer service, customer service, customer service. I called several of Premier competition, I was looking for a 5.0 to go in my 2011 Ford F150. Each time I talk to one of the competitors it seems to me that they were in a hurry and didn’t have time for me. It was don’t know, I don’t have it, I can’t get it, you gotta call somebody else. My mechanic told me to call Premier. He advised me that he ha…

I began researching engine suppliers the summer of ‘21, as I was experiencing lifter/camshaft issues with my ‘12 Ram 5.7 and planned to replace vs repair (planned on keeping the truck and replacement made more sense long term than an expensive fix, just to possibly have the same issue on the opposite bank later). It was still driveable, so I had some time. After checking with several options and doing a ton of research, I settled on Premier Powertrain. I spoke with David a couple times and he was always willing to talk through it all, never rushing me off the phone like most of the other reps at other companies I called, made sure all my questions were answered. The engine was ordered in lat…

I'm the type of person that has to be sure I see the company and people that work for it before I purchase anything. David was very informative but also reassured me we were in good hands and to trust in the process. We did just that, customer service was always his #1 we ordered a new motor for our car. The process was easy. David kept in contact every step of the way, which made me very comfortable with the company. If we ever need anything we know who to call and where to get it from, Premier Power Train has a customer in us for life. Thank you so much.
