Amazing customer service from Chris and his team! I went in for a state inspection and tire rotation and they provided on-the-spot photos and detailed descriptions of each service they recommend. Chris was also very transparent with me on what he’d consider critical and non-critical issues. It’s very rare to say an auto shop provided a warm experience, but that’s exactly what I received. Will definitely go back again.

Chis (Manager) provided a a detailed explanation as to why I needed a new battery for my Honda Accord and that I did not need a sensor at this time. (Another competitor tried to sell me one). Kudos to his professionalism and truthfulness. There should be more auto shops like this one.

There are still good people in the world & the manager Chris is one of them. I’m from NJ & came out on business & my car broke down not to far from the shop & he help me get a towed to the shop. He didn’t have good news for me but he was honest & wasn’t there to take advantage of me. He actually felt bad & help me get the car sold for a couple of bucks, help me get a rental & also let me keep the car in the lot while helping me get a ride to the hotel for me & 2 of my other guys. Real showed the meaning of southern hospitality. Thank you Meineke for the free towing with in 5 miles not a lot of companies do such a thing & thank you for hiring such a great manager.

Chris was an exceptional manager who went above and beyond to help me with a stressful situation. When my car's AC compressor failed, he efficiently handled the service, got the part in quickly, and had my car fixed in just one day. His attention to detail, trustworthiness, and excellent communication with my warranty company made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend Chris for his outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
