So I work on cars me and my girlfriend we're driving tried to avoid an accident so we swerved and ended up obviously going over the curb and I explained to your guys? That I am a corporation we had a little mishap and obviously because all we do is work on cars that my personal 2013 Volkswagen Passat steering sensor was off meaning the toe was off I just needed them to set IT the guy who seemed like he was the manager LOL

I was a customer at the Just Brakes in Lafayette, CO for a rear brake job in June of this year. The guy at the counter was rude and told us the job would be done in around an hour and half. There was only one other person in front of us. The job took closer to 3 hours and we were told the brake lines were leaking fluid, but that the rotors were ok. Now, 5 months later, after paying at least $300 dollars for those "repairs" at Just Brakes in June, when I needed my front brakes done, I trusted my instincts and went instead to Christian Brothers Automotive last week in Lafayette, CO. They let me know that not only are my rear brakes in need of replacement (again?!), but the rotors are rusted, and the rear brake lines are still leaking... I wanted to confront the poor service I received from the Just Brakes store where I got the rear brake job "done", but the location shows up on Google as "permanently closed" and after reading other people's reviews on this company, it's no surprise in wondering why. I got had once, but never again...these people just do not care about you or your car.

I took my Masada to Just brakes because I got the best quote for the ABS module. Since I also needed my 120,000 mile service I asked for that as well and an oil change that included free tire rotation. Since they were already taking the tires off, I asked to have them balanced was quoted $760 to have my ABS module replaced and told I would need to pay for parts up front. I was told my parts were 1700+, I paid like a fool. I was never ever called except when it came to telling me I needed to pay up front and that the ABSENCE would be next day delivery. A week later and now a rental car and 2900+ in repairs. My car did not even sound right and the brakes were not touched. When I complained I was told a Reginald district manager would be calling me before noon...well guess what that never happened. I have filed complaints with the BBQ and the Attorney generals office as well as seeking advice from a private lawyer. This place is a rip off and not very customer friendly.

TL;DR Never again. They quoted me for an expensive problem that wasn't there and then overcharged me for parts. I had my car checked out at Firestone last week and they said it needed front brakes. I wanted to use the coupon that Just Brakes had so I made an appointment a couple days out. I had to be at work, so my boyfriend took it in for me. When he got there, they had no paperwork at all for it and when they finally looked at the car they said the back brakes were leaking. They said it was a safety hazard and according to their quote that would cost over $400 to fix. The guy at Firestone had said the back brakes were fine. I sent pictures to my dad, since he's worked in the industry for over 25 years and managed body shops for at least half that time. My dad said there was nothing major wrong with them so I told them just to do the front brakes like I'd asked. Then they told my boyfriend that the brakes that came in the package with the coupon would not fit my car, not much can be done about that, but then proceeded to charge me over 2x as much in parts as I was quoted at Firestone. When I called that afternoon to ask them about it I was told that they were 'the cheapest that they could find.' I highly doubt that, since I could buy them online myself for about $45-50. Never going here again, and if someone asks me about it I'll be telling them to steer clear too.

I am writing to inform you of not only a horrible customer service experience, but also a serious liability issue. I took my car into your location at 4737 E Union Hills Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85050-3362, United States on September 29, 2015 at approximately 12:15pm. I asked Glen to have new brake pads placed on my vehicle. My car was taken to the service area and assessed. I was told that I needed new brake hardware as well. I paid a total of $179.99 to have new brake pads and new brake hardware placed on my car. For 5 days after September 29, I endured squeaking, grinding, and a burning smell. I contacted the office on 4737 E Union Hills Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85050-3362 and spoke with Glen who told me to bring my car back in. On October 6, 2015 at 5:00pm I brought my car back to 4737 E Union Hills Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85050-3362. Glen took my car back to the bay. I waited 35 minutes and was then informed that the right side brake hardware was faulty but that it had been replaced and the car was safe to go. I proceeded home. I made it less than 1 mile down the road and heard squeaking again. I turned around and went back to 4737 E Union Hills Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85050-3362. I spoke with Glen for a 3rd time and took him on a test drive. When we returned, once again my car was taken back to the bay. I waited again for 30 minutes and was then told that the left side brake hardware needed to be replaced because it too was faulty. I asked Glen for a refund and was informed first that he is unable to issue a refund for the labor and then his story changed to not being able to issue a refund for anything. I asked for all the names of the employees that touched my car. Their names are as follows: Glen, Chris, Al, & Justin. I am writing to you to ask for a full refund for the lack of service and consideration shown by your employees. This lack of service and concern for customer safety is not only appalling but also extremely unacceptable. I’m thoroughly disappointed and concerned by your companies lack of consideration and professionalism. Your company holds the safety and well being of individuals in their hands on a daily basis. This behavior can only be semi corrected by a full refund by your company for the faulty work in the amount of $179.99. For a company that specializes in ‘Just Brakes’, this has been a very poor representation of what should be your expertise. I've spoken with the district manager, Paul and he is unwilling to help. He insists that I bring the car back in for a 5th time of service. I am not willing to have your company touch my car anymore. He also says that he is not willing to refund my money because your company and employees have paid for the parts that are on my car. Let me remind you that the parts your company put on my car are stated faulty in writing on the receipt that Glenn provided.
