Purchased tires from Amazon, the place that would mount and ballance them was in garland, Stopped by got a quote $30 mounted and balanced from collett tire shop, after having the service done was told it would be more, after driving on the interstate for a couple of miles, the front end was shaking the car a part, stopped by another tire place - they had to rebalence them they were over a ounce off on each wheel 3 days after collett claimed to have balanced them - paying for a service that either isnt perforned or done so poorly they might has well have not done it to be over charged after getting half of what you paid for- I live near by and it was convienent - I will not be going back seems more of a scam then a business

My son referred me to Collett Tire Shop and my husband has been taking the vehicles and his company truck to Chris.The service is awesome and they get the job done I highly recommend Collett Tire Shop..

I came in this weekend to get a wheel alignment done to correct my steering wheel and oil change. Oil change was under $50 and to perform all directions of the alignment front and back was only $150. Not bad. Thw mechanics will let you know others things wrong too which is a plus. I'll be going here more often because its local and the service is top notch. I did wait a bit but it was worth it. 👍🏽

***Didn’t put all 5 lugs on tire and tighten them, wheel could have come off*** *** update**** post the video if you pulled it a month later, rear driver side wheel; let’s see timestamps I’ll lead with the headline, they aren’t detail oriented here, my wife or I could have died. I later took my car for a detail and they saw the wheel lock wasn’t on one of my wheels. Normally with there tire shops they put the other 4 lug nuts on and the wheel lock last because it tighten downs with a wheel lock key that has a different pattern. The kid they have working put it on, but didn’t tighten it down because those things aren’t meant to come off. They refunded a portion of the service fee that covered most of the cost for a new set of wheel locks. Don’t trust them to do a good job anymore.

Collett Tire Shop was great! After getting my second flat tire in two months, I stopped here, and they had me in and out in 15 minutes. Unlike some of the chain shops that try to sell you on a new tire, they were honest and fixed the flat quickly for a very fair price. I’m definitely coming back here if I ever have another flat!
