100% would NOT recommend!! I would’ve given it a 0 rating if I could.. I went here a few times asking them to check out my AC unit on my car due to it not working. I was informed that they only had 1 AC repairman and he had already left for the day. So the manager and I set up an appointment on the day that the repairman was scheduled to be there. On the day of my appointment, I arrived ON TIME but i was told that the repairman had already left for the day again. Mind you again that I was on time!! The issue is, if you knew a customer has an appointment with your one & only AC repairman that was needed, why didn’t no one reach out to me to inform me not to show up because the repairman left for the day and I had to waste my time showing up. The manager acted as if he could’ve cared less about my appointment that he scheduled. No apologies was given, and they have my info and no one has yet to contact me to apologize nor to reschedule..Their customer service sucks!! Still looking to get my unit repaired but that is one place i will not be returning to..

Lou is top-tier professional — always patient, respectful, and incredibly kind. He worked with me on pricing, got me in and out just like he said he would, and honored every word he gave me. That means everything when you're maintaining an older vehicle. Lou has been taking care of me for years, and I’ve never really said this out loud: I truly appreciate you, Lou. You and your tech team are honest, dependable, and skilled. From start to finish, you made me feel seen and taken care of. If you’re in Dallas and your vehicle needs work, this is where you go. Thank you, Lou — you’re the real deal.

Matthew and Lu had GREAT customer service. Although they were busy, they still took the time to listen to my needs, diagnose the issue, and have a tech determine the time it would take, as well as provide me the cost for repairs. I definitely recommend, although the price point could be better.

Checked in and was told I was the next in line. One car in front of me is what they said. Only here to have one tire replaced. Over 2 hours later I'm not even on my way. If they'd just be honest and tell you it's going to be over 2 hours I would have made other arrangements. UPDATE!!! Over 3 weeks has been passed. Was promised someone who can contact me with a resolution to my review. Nothing has been done. So don't bother posting a bad review. They will not contact you. Their customer service cares less than the actual attendance at the station

I prefer this Pep Boys location. I had all four tires replaced and was very pleased with the results. The staff was very professional, and the place was very clean. This might be my go-to. I’ll definitely be back!
