Matthew and Lu had GREAT customer service. Although they were busy, they still took the time to listen to my needs, diagnose the issue, and have a tech determine the time it would take, as well as provide me the cost for repairs. I definitely recommend, although the price point could be better.

Checked in and was told I was the next in line. One car in front of me is what they said. Only here to have one tire replaced. Over 2 hours later I'm not even on my way. I prefer this Pep Boys location. I had all four tires replaced and was very pleased with the results. The staff was very professional, and the place was very clean. This might be my go-to. I’ll definitely be back!
