I needed new brakes, but I also had work so after I dropped my car off Robert drove me home, and when my car was ready Robert picked me back up from home and took me to get my car. Robert, you went above and beyond for me, and I am a loyal customer for life now! Thank you so much for being so kind, helpful, and going above and beyond!

Awesome location and service. Got my free car wash after the inspection. While waiting I enjoyed sitting by the fire pit. It was very enjoyable. I recommend.

Detail Buff & Wax Nightmare! They burned my paint & ruined my paint by putting swirls in it & even took the clear coat off in some areas. Look at pics, they are horrible! Some areas left the wax on without cleaning & windows not cleaned & scratched the paint where the magnetic door bumper is. I originally just asked for my $375 back & I'd go somewhere else to try & fix all the damage they caused & the manager Arely to my surprise, refused to refund me. I asked to speak to her boss Lewis who's over all of their locations so I called the main office & left msgs with staff for Lewis to call me back to meet me & go over all the damage. I've called every day asking for him to call me & I even told the girls answering the phone that I would file complaints online, bad reviews, & even get my attorney & insurance co involved if he didn't return my call. Its been 7 days & I have yet to hear from him. My Sprinter Limo will have to be repainted now. The crazy thing is Arely said her detail guy had been doing detail for 15 yrs, as if he's a pro & couldn't have caused all the obvious damage.... like... Don't believe my Lying Eyes!!! What a joke! These guys have been washing my exotic cars for 6 months & I spend around $200-$250 a month with them & never had a problem until they detailed this Sprinter, they have ruined our relationship by the way they've treated me. Accepting responsibility is huge for me, mistakes happen & if they had of accepted responsibility & work with me for resolution I would not be writing this.... Be Warned! See pics
