Gave RPM a call and spoke with salesman Chris about a car I saw and wanted. He sent several videos from under and around the car as I live in NY and couldn’t make it down to Texas to see the car. Made an offer and had the deal done in about 2 days. The finance guy was quick with getting my paperwork sent to me. Can’t complain. Got the car and everything checked out. Wouldn’t think twice about doing business with them again. Shipping was a pain but not their fault.

I've always wanted a Honda Civic hatchback & I just happened to come across a 2018 sport touring online here & fell in love with it before i even seen it in person. My husband called & spoke to Christopher Crow who was very helpful from the start. We live in central Arkansas & he went above & beyond to make our experience wonderful by sending us additional photos, videos & answered any questions we had come up until we was able to make the trip to look at the car in person. They were even okay with us scheduling to have a PPI preformed on the car at the honda dealership which gave us piece of mind. We made the drive last night so we could be at RPM when they opened & we wasn't disappointed at all. The service in person is just as great as over the phone. The car buying process was easy. The garage itself is pretty amazing with all the sicks rides & they have a cool little upstairs lounge area as well.
