I’m rating the service department only. I gave it a four stars because it was slight damage to part installed (assuming it was an accident during install) and unknown scratch on bumper that wasn’t originally there. But overall I like this service team progress and kindness and mostly understanding I just bought the truck not even 48 hours ago not even 25 miles added. And it needed a new rear differential. He told me it’s 1-3 day diagnostic and I got it back the following Monday right before Christmas Eve. If I can get service like this from these servicemen at auto cave. Peace of mind is the best thing you can have as a customer here. Everything drives okay so far only time will tell. Again this is for the service dependent .

I was told 2-3 days and it took over 2 weeks. I never got a straight answer for any of my questions. And the main issue was not fixed. Overall, it has been a horrible experience from the moment I made my down payment on the vehicle, and would not recommend AutoCave to anyone. My recommendation is to avoid this establishment all together.

I called about getting service to my car. I was told to bring it in , so I did. I was told it will take 2-3 days before they could do a diagnostic test. I got the my diagnostic results went to pick up my car @ the time I was told which was 1p.m. I sat for over an hour before anyone came to tell me that they lost the key to my car, and the person that had it was not there that day. I was confused on why would anyone have my key outside of business hrs. Then I had to wait an extra 20minutes for them to rekey my car. But this is where my problem is...my gas was low and I brought it with almost a full tank, someone still have a key to my car and once I got home to take my grandson car seat out the trunk only to find it in the back seat like some was driving it around and my 2 pairs of shoes was missing and the divider in my arm rest was missing....I called to inform them of the situation only to be told we are in a bad neighborhood.. and I stated I have a key to my car that lock my doors and if it's in the service garage how can anyone get in there... no response ..I was told they will let they manager know and get back to me because they have to run the cameras back... I'm sure they ran the cameras back and they see it's one of they employees and don't want to let me know.. I'm still waiting on a call.

I hadn't had been keeping up with my maintenance. My 2009 Camry has over 200K miles. These guys got me up and running and in addition my AC now works like a charm. The techs were very professional and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Just traded in my old Auto Cave Car for my new Auto Cave 2017 Toyota Corolla and I’m in LOVE. I’ve been financing cars from this company for years and can’t commend their sales staff and customer service team enough. They even provided helpful tips and articles on how to maintain my used vehicle to avoid any issues. Thank you to the Auto Cave team and especially their customer service team for being patient with all my silly car questions. 🤣 And thank you for another great car!
