I gave it a four stars because it was slight damage to part installed (assuming it was an accident during install) and unknown scratch on bumper that wasn’t originally there. I was told 2-3 days and it took over 2 weeks. I never got a straight answer for any of my questions. And the main issue was not fixed. Overall, it has been a horrible experience from the moment I made my down payment on the vehicle, and would not recommend AutoCave to anyone. My recommendation is to avoid this establishment all together.

I called about getting service to my car. I was told to bring it in , so I did. I was told it will take 2-3 days before they could do a diagnostic test. I got the my diagnostic results went to pick up my car @ the time I was told which was 1p.m. I sat for over an hour before anyone came to tell me that they lost the key to my car, and the person that had it was not there that day. I hadn't had been keeping up with my maintenance. My 2009 Camry has over 200K miles. These guys got me up and running and in addition my AC now works like a charm. The techs were very professional and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend.
