I had just purchased a vehicle on 4/24 ☺️ I really liked the vehicle I got. A 2017 Chevrolet Equinox. On 5/1 luckily I was around the corner from home and I had got a message saying Engine power is reduced and my vehicle was driving slow. I got home immediately got on my phone and left a message about my vehicle. They were already closed. The next morning I believe her name was Teri I think called me a little after 8 ( luckily) I was was actually off from work so I wasn’t stressing. Told Teri what happened and within the hour they had gotten my vehicle towed and sent to Auto City Services. They texted to let me know it had arrived and that a technician had my vehicle. Although they are closed on the weekends. Long story short my vehicle was ready Tuesday morning. 😁😁😁 I was excited. They fixed the problem and I went to go pick up my vehicle after work.. the ladies that were in the office was very nice and nothing came out my pocket. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 the vehicle runs smooth. Thank you Auto City Service. Greatly appreciate you. 👊🏽👊🏽

Nothing good to say. Sold me a car in January 2025, only permitting a 5 minute test drive, lo and behold the check engine light came on the same evening, and has been since the day I drove it off the lot. Now giving me a hard time trading it back in for something else after, what will now be, my 5th trip to their “service department”. The car has been with their service department more than it has been with me. Literally in there for an entire week almost before I’d get it back, only for the light to come on within days. A total and complete nightmare through and through. Go somewhere else, don’t go to Auto City Dallas (Buckner location) or the Arlington location (poor customer service).

It has been tough but with proper communication and patience and understanding of my safety I was able to get my car at a decent time and established a car plan if/when needed. Thank you so much to Michael (mechanic) and staff ( manager and clerk) who went above and beyond with excellent customer service

Stay away from auto city I hate to do this but I can't with auto city any more. I told lot of friends about this place and for them to go through what am going through with Auto City is outrageous. I just got this car out with them and within 4 weeks my car was rattling from the left side and I took it in for service. They took over a week on a 3 hour repair job I even told Terri from service that I was having problems with the car transmission before the warranty expired. I feel like that what they want because now the car does move when I step on the gas. Terri told me today that I have To wait until the 14 for service and still have to wait 3 to 4 business days. I think afterwards they still have to order parts. That going to take longer. At this point it look like they want you to miss your payment so that they can repossessed the car and re sale it Mechanic drove my car afterwards and turn off my DashCam but he didn't realize that I was still recording him driving all down buckner street I should upload all dash cam videos of this Mechanic driving my car around when it should of been in service Auto City I can t send my friends there anymore because of your Services

Lily was awesome she took care of me. They were quick went for my 15 dollar oil change, and nothing about my visit was bad. Thanks guys keep up the great work. Current: My vehicle is paid off, and they still take care of me. Great customer service!! Whole new system makes it a great experience!! Keep it up guys.
