SUCH A BUMMER!!! (Pay close attention to these bad reviews here, it’s all about the money.) I had a fifteen year + relationship with these guys and they still decided to charge me $799.00 labor for 1.75 hrs. in the shop! Yes, $799.00 for a ONE HOUR AND FORTY-FIVE MINUTES OF LABOR! The total bill was $1488.20 for a new a/c compressor on my 2006 Honda Element. I’ve called three other shops since this happened last Friday and all three priced the job at around $1,000.00, parts and labor. ($900.00/$1,000.00/$1,050.00) It’s too bad, really, they’re nice guys to your face and they do get you in and out, but I’m a retired guy on Social Security and money matters a lot. The silly part is, I also own a ‘97 Toyota Land Cruiser that I’m going to invest some serious $$$ in so I can sell it for some serious profit, (which I told them.) Why would a shop treat a guy who owns two old cars this way??? Makes no good business sense to me, right? Now that car will be headed to a shop in Garland whose satisfaction rating is way higher, (almost perfect), than these guys. Whatever, lesson learned, do your homework next time, I learned a valuable lesson that cost me $500.00 out of pocket. (Coulda’ been worse, I guess!) They won, they kicked my arse! Hahahaha

Car broke down in the middle of the night and was recommended this shop. Mike was very kind and transparent right when the shop opened. Excellent and amazing service. Would drive from Austin just to get my car looked at again

They completed my repairs on my BMW 330i within 3 hours of my walk in. They have great knowledge on cars like bmws and European cars . Highly recommend to someone looking for a fast and reliable experience.

Truly 5 stars like their name. My Porsche Macan only gets service here. They just did my water pump and thermostat and have my baby running like a dream. The gentlemen are very knowledgeable and very nice to customers. You are appreciated guys! I will be back to do more business.

WARNING!!!BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS !!!! I unfortunately did not believed the reviews. Initially I had taken my car to get looked at when it wouldn’t turn on. They advise me it was my battery & I went ahead and got a new one. Recently, it stopped again and wanted to verify it wasn’t the battery. On Friday, July 28 my car was towed in then middle of the night to get looked at. The following morning I stopped by at 8:00am to drop off the keys. Mike, told me he did not need to looked over my car as he knew it wasn’t the battery based on the longevity, he immediately said it was the alternator and that it need to be replaced. I asked if he could give me a quote. He proceeded to take me to the office. He printed two quotes *I’ve posted them below* one quote was for an old part, he said clients of his like to go the cheaper route. He then gave me the second quote, which involved a new factory part. I told him I was going to tow it to Range Rover to get a diagnostic to very his findings for my piece of mind. He then stated that, people at Range Rover just want to take money and that the diagnostics are not accurate. He then stated that he was currently working on someone’s car that they had taken to the dealership and giving a wrong diagnostic. Before, I left I told him I was going to think about my options he had giving me and had to return to work, if he could do an oil change which my car needed. He proceeded to say, he was NOT going to touch my car until I told him what part I wanted to go with and he rather do the oil change at the same time. I wasn’t able to catch him Saturday before they closed at 3pm to inform him I was going to get my car towed from the shop. Now before I got a chance to call him Monday morning he had call and left a voicemail. The voice Mail he left stating, my car was on the lift and I needed to decide what part I was going with. I immediately called him back to get clarification bc I DID NOT give permission for any work to my car. He then got loud and rude over the phone & demanded I pay him over $300 dollars on labor for removing the alternator. I insisted that I did not give him permission for any work. He continue to get loud and insistent I pay him for a diagnostic. Again, a diagnostic that was never done to my car he, specifically told me he didn’t need to do anything else bc “he knew it was the alternator”. He abruptly hangs up in my face. I immediately proceeded to get my car towed. When I arrived, he verbally continued to attack me demanding money for the diagnostic and oil change. I’m a female and felt defenseless and terrified, I had no choice but to pay for the diagnostic & oil change. I had no problem with paying for the oil change bc I requested that, but he made it clear he didn’t want to unless I agree to changing the alternator. I asked for the proper diagnostics paper work and I was told my receipt *also attached * was the diagnostic test For $170 & oil change $109 total $299.89. Also my car was stain with oil stains & my Apple phone charger was missing. My experience was horrible & I have never experienced this type of unprofessionalism. I now see he was just scamming me. I went to another shop on 75 & no where near what I was quoted.
