To have car trouble is not only inconvenient, but nerve-wracking. Not having my dad to either fix and/or consult to make sure I didn't "get-got" was devastating. I thought my worst car-repair nightmare had come to fruition when I had inched my car to another company for a free consultation and assessment. They were to get back with me "tomorrow after lunch" which would've been less than 24hrs. They had my car for a week, with promises of "we're in the process of looking at it-we just want to make sure we understand before we give you an estimate." When I called to tell them I was having it towed somewhere else, they suddenly had a diagnosis... Sooo I initially spoke with Luke (Wednesday prior to 4th of July) to make sure I could have my car towed there-He was very helpful and friendly. The car made it to Aamco a few minutes just before six. My sister and I made it there just a few minutes after six...They close at 5:30. David was still there, still helpful, still pleasant, still professional, still kind... For just that alone I was truly grateful. From that point on, David was transparent regarding time-line, process, diagnosis, and rate. He stayed true to his word- if he told me he would call me back with info-he did. If he didn't have it, he called me and told me. He kept me updated every step of the way. From the initial interaction to the last, David has been consistent. I would highly recommend them. I think they've found a life long customer.

The folks here will really try their best to take care of you, make you feel heard, and get you back on the road. David dealt with my warranty company seamlessly, was very communicative with me throughout the process, and was great when I had any questions about timing, cost, or the service itself. Finding a new spot to get your car taken care of without being ripped off can feel overwhelming, but I’d confidently recommend this AAMCO location!

David was phenomenal! My check engine light was on and my car was bucking like a horse, so I took it to him and he got it in the next morning. Within a few hours, he called to say it just needed a good oil change and that everything was working fine. He could have easily up charged me and added unnecessary fees and parts, but he was honest and forthright; which is very hard to find nowadays. I’d recommend him to every person who has 4 wheels! My expectations were far exceeded! I'm admittedly always skeptical of car repair shops, but David was amazing - communicated incredibly, was very upfront and reasonable with cost, explained everything, and just went above and beyond! 10/10 recommend. I honestly thought this was just a transmission shop but they know their stuff and can do everything! And they are FAST! Truly would recommend to any family member!
