The customer service was great—super professional and quick to sort out my A/C issues. The quote was fair and explained in a way that made it easy to understand. They replaced my compressor. The repairs were done on time, just like they said they would be. I give them 5-stars and definitely will be a return customer.

Great customer service and quality, I needed an oil change ASAP and I was scheduled the same day. In addition, I had a situation and had to cancel and they let me reschedule to my convenience the next day. Highly recommend them!

John and his team are amazing ,I highly recommend motive they’re reliable and communicate very well with their system. Especially if you have old schools this is your place to go! My 1990 suburban had a real bad transmission leak and got quoted almost $1000 to reseal. John and his team took their time and found the leak was coming from a sensor. Way less than what I was quoted. This is when I know I found my mechanic , motive is out here to help and not to screw you over. They have a customer for life! Also his team took the time to use their power washer to remove excessive dirt build up on my paint as it was sitting for 2+ years. Shoutout to the tech Davil!

Fantastic work! John welded and installed my Borla ATAK on my Challenger R/T at a very reasonable rate. He definitely knows his stuff. I can't recommend him enough. I know I will be back when I add long tubes and other work. Not to mention, he is a genuinely good guy.

As a classic car owner, finding a reliable mechanic shop willing to work on old cars is really challenging. John and Motive Autoworks work on lots of classics and take a sensible approach to the unknowns that always come with this type of repair. They use an excellent online estimation approval process and provide images or videos of whatever they find so I can decide what to fix.
