Classic Collision did a great job repairing my vehicle. They kept me updated several times throughout the process and the repair looks great. Paint match and panel gaps are perfect. They were also done with my car a few days earlier than their initial estimate and the car was cleaned inside and out before I picked it up.

Masterclass in ineptitude. Dropped my car off for a rear panel fix on recommendation from my insurance company. They called me on Wednesday of the following week to say it would be ready on Friday. Called Thursday for a time, couldn’t give me one. Finally Friday morning they say it would be ready at 3. I am half way there when they call me back to say actually we aren’t done with the pin stripe, you can either get the car and come back to have it done or wait till Monday. My response was to please completely finish the job you are paid to do. Okay Monday it is - doesn’t matter to them that this is now an additional 3 days I will have to pay on my rental car. Upon my arrival the pinstripe was on the car but the brand symbol originally on the rear panel was in my trunk despite being told they would place it back on. Whatever, not a huge deal. The icing on the cake was that my golf clubs that were in my trunk were no longer there. I went back in to inquire and they told me to go home and check despite me assuring them that I know they were in there. I then proceeded to play phone tag with a manager who had absolutely no interest in hearing me out. He claims to have reviewed “every minute” of tape that my car was in the shop by the following morning at 9am and when I asked to review it myself I was told that I signed a waiver and there is no ground for me to stand on. Which, in fairness, was true but that’s my own blind trust in the world to assume a shop would not just actively rob their client. Those gold clubs were my grandfathers and I had a signed ball from him in the bag. The sentimental value far outweighed the cash. The complete disregard for the issue on top of the logistical short fallings is unacceptable. Don’t trust these people with your car!

I took my car to Classic Collision on 14th in Dallas, on an insurance claim, 0for repairs after an accident. I received my car a week earlier than predicted and the seat belt No Longer works and the air bag light is on, Constantly with a warning popping up telling me to "Check Air bag System. This tells me there was NO INSPECTION!! Now I'm just out here with a HAZARDOUS VEHICLE. Please Fix It Jesus!!

Professional shop, good communication, and very focused on our satisfaction. Both the manager and the estimator answered all of our questions and spent time with us going through every detail of the repair results. Bonus points: They helped us remove an oil stain from the car outside of the original scope of work.

Classic collision was wonderful. The staff kept us up to date on what was happening with our car and they finished the job early! Will definitely go back if we ever need more body work done.
